The Wellness Lab

From Healthcare as It Is to Wellness as It Should Be

Overview

When Katlyn Tekoppel first came to ENC, what she had built was already working. Clients trusted her, women were getting results, but the brand didn’t yet reflect the depth of the philosophy behind it. Katlyn’s work lives in the space between two systems that often fail women: traditional healthcare that dismisses symptoms and functional medicine that can feel financially out of reach. Her vision was to build a place where science, lifestyle, nutrition, and accountability come together in a way that is both intelligent and accessible. Our role was to translate that vision into a brand. Together, we developed the strategic messaging, visual identity, and digital experience for The Wellness Lab; a brand built around experimentation, education, and personalized care. The concept of the “lab” became central: a place where women can test, learn, and evolve strategies that actually work for their bodies. The messaging anchors the brand in its core belief: moving “from healthcare as it is to wellness as it should be.” From there, we crafted a narrative that positions The Wellness Lab as a stepping stone between confusion and clarity, helping women connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, hormones, nutrition, and movement. Visually, we created a brand that feels elevated but grounded, balancing strength, warmth, and curiosity. The color palette, typography system, and imagery direction work together to evoke vitality, experimentation, and trust while remaining approachable and human. Beyond the strategy and identity, we brought the brand to life with a lifestyle shoot that captured the real energy of the practice: movement, nourishment, and the quiet confidence that comes from finally understanding your body. The result is a brand platform that gives Katlyn the structure to scale. From coaching programs to group experiences to future practitioner training, The Wellness Lab now has a foundation that supports both growth and impact.
