When Theresa Delaney came to ENC, she came with a deck. It wasn’t just a card deck, but rather a powerful concept wrapped in paper, ready to spark real change. The idea was solid, but it needed structure, a name, and a standout identity to carry it forward. That’s where we came in. We started with the name. “A Little Lift” wasn’t just catchy, it captured the brand’s essence: small, heart-forward actions with big ripple effects. From there, we wrote the messaging to match: clear, kind, and impact-driven. Next, we designed a brand system that feels as energetic and approachable as the actions it promotes. The logo is a groovy, hand-cut wordmark with real-world charm. Imperfect on purpose, just like the work of building a better world. Then came the color palette, bright, joyful, and grounded: honey mustard, apricot, tangerine, orchid, and forest green. These colors weren’t picked to sit still they were curated to move people. We translated the brand across packaging, a photo campaign, a new landing page, and custom social assets giving A Little Lift all the tools it needed to go from passion project to movement-in-the-making. What started as a box of cards is now a bold, human-first brand redefining what change looks like. Not perfection. Just action, taken together, one step at a time.
