do I have to pay all the funds upfront?

Indeed sweet friend. We require project payment once we lock and load our working relationship. Why? Because that is precisely when we begin the brain power.

how long does it typically take to create one of your brand guides?

Our main philosophy when it comes to time and design is this: we’re not amazon prime. Quality design embodies thoughtful curation and intention with each and every client. With all that being said, we slot our brand guide timelines for 4-12 weeks. This is dependent on a few key elements - first, brand guide level (just the logo, full shebang, etc.), client responsiveness, requested design tweaks and current work load.

do you offer ‘a la carte’ services?

We do, specifically with our signature ‘enc brand guide’. We have however, currently moved away from onboarding large scale ‘a la carte’ projects for the long term. Why? Because we’ve found over the years, that being able to touch upon EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of the brand helps with cohesion, brand identity and overall functionality. (call us greedy – we like to do it all for our main peeps)

how much does your creative and design work cost?

We custom quote all of our packages and pricing dependent on the scope, hours and design brain needed to create the most epic goods for your brand.
